Shipping & Delivery
All plant orders will be shipped Monday to Thursday. Typically your order will be dispatched next working day from the date your order although it should be noted that larger orders may require more attention to packing and can therefore take longer to process.

In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Returns & Replacements
Plants are perishable goods which means only in extreme circumstances and where the error has been with us will we offer returns or replacement plants.
Any plant orders may be placed using this website. Simply click through to the plant you wish to order and press the "add to cart" button on the product details page. You may then continue through the checkout process where you are given the option to checkout as a guest or create and account with us. In either case you will be asked for your delivery address and presented with a final total order amount before you are asked for payment.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
You may pay directly using your PayPal account or using your Direct Debit or Visa Card at checkout. You will be asked for payment at the final checkout stage, after you have entered your delivery address and selected the delivery service.
Viewing Orders
Any orders you have placed with us using this website may be viewed by visiting your "my account" page and heading to your orders.
Updating Account Information
Account information may be updated by visiting your my account section found at the top left of the website. Please remember to keep your delivery address and information up to date.
