Returns/Refunds/OrderCancellation Policy

As our products are perishable goods (live plants) all sales are final which means we will not accept returns in general. Only in extreme cases and where the error has been with us will we offer returns or replacements.

If your order has yet to process it may be possible to cancel your order. Please contact us immediately quoting your order number (found in your order confirmation email).

If an order arrives damaged or doesnt match the description please contact us within 48 hours providing a clear photograph of the problem and quoting your order number found on your order invoice. Where the fault has been with us we will always take full responsibility and issue a full refund to your origin payment method or where possible we will send out replacements.  We will never ask you to return items as they are perishable hence no return address is provided.

We will not take responsiblity for undelivered orders as a result of incorrect address information being supplied. You are responsible for providing the correct address and being at that address to accept delivery. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will not be refunded.
